I'm missing an item from my order, what do I do?
Yes you can cancel or amend it by login into your account. Or calling us on 020 8450 1274 during office hours.
Your item may be out of stock, arriving from a different warehouse or coming to you in a separate parcel. Please give us a call or 0208 450 1274 or email us on email@example.com and we can discuss further.
If you received a faulty item, please call us on 0208 450 1274 or email us firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know. Providing us images with the fault are required. Please ensure you try and check the item first before wearing it. Please have the following information ready when getting in touch:
1- Your order number
2- Unique item number and name
3- A description of the fault and images

Did you buy the gift voucher? If you did, you can cancel your order within 30 minutes of completing it.
If that timescale has already gone, and the voucher hasn’t been used or locked to an account, get in touch with our Customer Care Team.

We don't currently have the facility to let you know when an item is due back in stock. As we like to offer you new and exciting products regularly, we don't tend to restock a lot of our items again.

You need to enter the code exactly as it appears as it was given to you, without any spaces. Type or Copy the code in to the ENTER OFFER CODE box on the Payment page at checkout and click APPLY. Once applied it will show a line of discount below your cart items total. If nothing shows the code was not entered accurately or is invalid or expired. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for your points total to update on your account page after you place an order. Your order will tell you how many points you earned each time you make an order determined by how much you spend.
