Can I cancel or amend my order after I've placed it?

Yes you can cancel or amend it by login into your account. Or calling us on 020 8450 1274 during office hours.

What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?

If you received a faulty item, please call us on 0208 450 1274 or email us enquiry@claudioluglishirts.com and let us know. Providing us images with the fault are required. Please ensure you try and check the item first before wearing it. Please have the following information ready when getting in touch:

1- Your order number

2- Unique item number and name

3- A description of the fault and images

I have an incorrect item in my order, what do I do?

If you received an item that you did not order, please get in touch with us on 0208 450 1274 or via email enquiry@claudioluglishirts.com. We will instruct you on how to proceed. 

Can I amend my order after I've placed it?

Yes you can amend your order. Discuss this with the team as soon as possible. The sooner you do the more likely it can be done before it is shipped. Please call 020 8450 1274. Or email us at enquiry@claudioluglishirts.com

How can I cancel my order - Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013

  • The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (UK) advise you have fourteen calendar days to cancel the contract for your order with us and we will issue you with a full refund for the items you have purchased and the cost of standard delivery if you've paid for shipping.

    • The fourteen calendar days start from the day after you receive your order.
    • We need written confirmation of cancellation from you, so you'll need to get in touch using any of our available contact options to let us know you'd like to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Alternatively, you can complete the Withdrawal Form attachment and send it back to us. You'll find details on how to send this back to us on the Withdrawal Form.
    • If you have already received your order, you will need to return to us the items from your order that you wish to cancel. Once you let us know you'd like to cancel we receive your completed Withdrawal Form, we will write and let you know how to do this.
    • The items you return must be unworn and in their original condition and will be inspected once we have received them.
    • We try hard to accept all returns. Returns to us need to have the original tags still on them but need not be returned to us in the same packaging in which they were delivered to you. However it is your responsibility to ensure that the returned items are packaged well enough that they won't be damaged on the way back to us. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. In this case we will not refund you. If we do not receive the cancelled order back, we may arrange to have it collected at your cost.

I've bought a gift voucher, can I cancel or return it?

Did you buy the gift voucher? If you did, you can cancel your order within 30 minutes of completing it.
If that timescale has already gone, and the voucher hasn’t been used or locked to an account, get in touch with our Customer Care Team.
We will cancel it for you or if it’s because of a mistake in the email address, we’ll change it for you an

  • 1- £6.00 Next day delivery service for UK based orders IF placed before 4pm. 

    2- £10.00 Saturday delivery service for UK based orders IF placed before 4pm.

3- £20.00 International delivery service for orders placed outside of UK.

We don't currently have the facility to let you know when an item is due back in stock. As we like to offer you new and exciting products regularly, we don't tend to restock a lot of our items again.

Please allow 24 - 48 hours for your points total to update on your account page after you place an order. Your order will tell you how many points you earned each time you make an order determined by how much you spend. Free shipping and discount will be automatically applied at checkout according to your current member level.
