CHRISTMAS PRESENTS RETURNS POLICY: If you are ordering Gifts for loved ones in anticipation of the Holiday Period (FROM 1st November - 24th December) PLEASE READ THIS NOTE: We appreciate that there may be some of you who are ordering presents to be opened on Christmas Day and you will be ordering well in advance of 25th December and will be passing our 28 day cut off point. For that reason we EXTEND the time period of our returns policy to a cut off point of 25th January. Therefore any gifts bought from 1st November onwards can be returned up to the 25th January 2020. Rest assured you may order without concern about passing the returns deadline.

Claudio Lugli uses the DPD NEXT DAY TRACKED AND SIGNED SERVICE = £6.00
Saturday Delivery is guaranteed = £10.00
International Shipping is = £20.00
Claudio Lugli does not use any other slower or cheaper service than the NEXT WORKING DAY SERVICE. Customers who spend more than £150.00 are entitled to Free Next Day Delivery.
All orders are packaged during office hours (Monday - Friday, 09:00-16.00). Orders placed within this time will arrive with you the following working day (unless see below). Any orders placed after 16:00 will be packed the following working day using the NEXT DAY service for delivery the day after - unless there is a Bank Holiday weekend.
Next Day deliveries ordered before 16:00 on Fridays will only arrive on Saturday guaranteed if you opt for Saturday Delivery (£10.00) You should use this service if you need your order to arrive on the weekend. Orders placed after 16:00 on Fridays will not arrive until Tuesday - using NEXT DAY DELIVERY.
Please provide a telephone number at checkout so that DPD/Claudio Lugli can contact you about the delivery time slots and address queries. DPD will contact you on the telephone number that you provided when your driver is on their way to you. You can give your driver special delivery instructions (leave with neighbour etc.) if you are not going to be in - otherwise they will leave you a note and take your parcel to a local pickup store for you to collect. Please refrain from giving DPD complicated delivery instructions after we have processed a delivery for you as we will find it very difficult to offer assistance in delivering your parcel.
Claudio Lugli DOES NOT provide pre-paid RETURNS LABELS in the packages we send, should you need to return any items. Any returns (exchange/refund) should be paid for at your own cost at your cheapest/practical rate ensuring the package is tracked and signed.
Claudio Lugli cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to garments during delivery. This includes delivery on purchase and delivery on return.
All Items are tracked and 10 digit tracking codes are provided to you via email when your parcel is dispatched.
