All orders are packaged during office hours (Monday - Friday, 09:00-16.00 GMT). Orders placed within this time will arrive with you the following WORKING day (unless see below - orders placed on weekends). Any orders placed after 16:00 on a working day will be packed and sent the following working day using the NEXT DAY service.
Next Day deliveries ordered before 16:00 on Fridays will only arrive on Saturday guaranteed if you opt for Saturday Delivery (£10.00) You should use this service if you need your order to arrive on the weekend. Orders placed after 16:00 on Fridays will not arrive until Tuesday - even if you are using NEXT DAY DELIVERY.

CLAUDIO LUGLI WOMENSWEAR LIMITED offer a simple returns policy for all products purchased through our website www.claudioluglishirts.com (our site) (subject to limited exceptions as detailed below).
Please follow the following guidelines in order to exercise your right to return product(s) back to us for a refund or exchange:
You are welcome to return any product (subject to limited exceptions as detailed below) back to us for a refund or you can exchange it for a different product or products or opt to have credit in your e-wallet
In order to be able to exercise your right to a refund or exchange you must send the product back to us so that it is received by us, within 28 days of you receiving the product from us pursuant to your original order.
A returned product must be complete, undamaged, unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging with all labels, tags and barcodes. The original packaging must be undamaged and unmarked. In short, we require the product to be in the same condition you received it in and in a condition that will allow us to sell it to another customer as new. You must also return the sales receipt for the relevant product when returning the product to us.
Take care when repackaging/refolding and placing the product back in the original packaging. We will not accept crumpled and distressed goods that have not been folded effectively.
Any refund will NOT include the postal charges you paid in connection with returning the product to us.
Any other charges paid by you in connection with the return of the product will not be refunded.
The value to be attributed to the product for the purposes of an exchange will be the purchase price actually paid for the product being returned and will not include any delivery or other charges paid by you in connection with the product
We do NOT accept the following which are excluded from this returns policy:
Products that are damaged (in any way) or appear worn/Used;
Products that have been shrunk/bled in the wash - please see our Washing Guidelines for more information
Products with their tags/label removed or ripped.
Products that are made to order, made to measure, custom made, bespoke or clearly personalised; or
Products that, for reasons of health protection and/or hygiene, we are unable to accept the return of.
The return of the product is your sole responsibility and at your sole cost.
Please note the returned product is your responsibility until it is received and signed for by us. We are not responsible for parcels lost in transit. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid the possibility of damage in transit and is sent back to us using a trusted delivery method (tracked and signed). For your protection, we recommend that you send your return via a secure and traceable courier who can insure your parcel for loss in transit (for example, Royal Mail Special Delivery). You are also strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting and keep it safe.
Please note that the acceptance of the return of a product for refund or exchange is in our absolute and sole discretion.
The returns policy only applies if you return the product, and we receive it, within 28 days of the date you received the product from us pursuant to your original order.
We also ask that you let us know (on your RETURNS FORM) if you would like to exchange the product or receive a refund or hold credit in your e-wallet. If you do require an exchange please write the product name and other relevant information you would like to exchange which is available from our website. Once your return parcel arrives back we will then dispatch the alternative product you have requested or issue a refund back to the card you originally paid with. Please note that a refund or the delivery of your exchanged product can take up to a week to process.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:
You are entitled to a refund if the item you bought is faulty, does not fit, suit your taste or doesn’t fulfil the description given before you bought.

You should fill out the Returns form document in the package sent to you, with each of the criteria properly filled in.
Claudio Lugli does NOT provide customers with a pre-paid returns label. You are expected to cover returns at your own reasonable cost (tracked and signed). We do not encourage you to pay anymore than it costs us to send the goods to you (i.e more than £6) and we will not be responsible for reimbursing you any shipping expenditure. Royal Mail charge £3.50 - £3.60
We encourage you to try the goods you receive for size AS SOON AS IT ARRIVES. You are welcome to open the goods from their packaging and see the product open and try on the garment. However the goods are expected to be returned exactly as they were when bought - take extra care when trying on white clothing.
We encourage you to make the appropriate arrangements to ensure that the parcel arrives with you the following working day after you have ordered it. Any deviations from this service will complicate your delivery and heightens the risk of losing your parcel.
We DO NOT encourage you to give any additional delivery instructions to DPD as this increases the risk of parcels becoming lost/damaged (this includes sending it to a local pickup store/leaving it in a safe place). However we understand that this is sometimes more convenient for particular customers. It should be understood that any additional information given to DPD by you (while in transit) further to the delivery information we supply, will complicate the delivery and should be done so at your own risk. Claudio Lugli will do everything in their power to support customers while their goods are in transit with DPD - however it should be understood that they are a third party delivery service and are solely responsible for the delivery process after collection.
If you miss your parcel the first time you will be left with a note and DPD will only be able attempt to deliver your parcel two more times until returning back to us (the sender).
Do not put your delivery address as a pick-up/collection store. A pick-up store will be arranged for you if you are not in.
Claudio Lugli operates a 28 days returns/exchange policy, if the goods are in perfect condition, have not been damaged, worn out or washed, smell fouled with the original tags still firmly fasted to the button hole (not cut) and a valid proof of purchase. We advise that you check the garments as soon as they arrive.
